Collaborative Community Demolitions
Collaborative Community Demolitions is an ongoing effort by the Land Bank to assist communities and/or other entities with economic development – either by sharing with the expense of demolition projects or assisting with improvements, both in anticipation of future economic development. Other projects may be intended to help enhance the quality of life in a given community/neighborhood.
The following is a list of projects approved or proposed for the Calendar year with the Land Bank’s estimated contribution to the overall project’s cost.
